Getting Started
A referral-only brokerage allows licensed real estate agents to
maintain their active license without the traditional costs of
being a full-service agent. Instead of listing properties or
working directly with buyers, you simply refer clients to active
agents in our network and earn a referral fee when those
transactions close. It's the perfect solution for agents who want
to keep their license active while avoiding MLS fees, association
dues, and other expenses.
JustReferred is ideal for licensed real estate agents who want to
maintain their license without the high costs of traditional
brokerages. This includes retired agents, part-time agents, agents
transitioning careers, those taking a break from active selling,
or anyone who occasionally encounters real estate referral
opportunities but doesn't want to manage full transactions.
Joining is simple! Click the "Join Now" button, complete our
online application, and provide your active real estate license
information. Once approved, you'll gain immediate access to our
CRM platform and can start submitting referrals right away. The
entire onboarding process typically takes just a few minutes.
You can refer buyers and sellers anywhere in the United States!
Your license only needs to be active in one state to participate.
We have a nationwide network of receiving agents ready to work
with your referrals regardless of location.
Costs & Fees
We offer two simple membership options:
$12.95/month (cancel anytime) or
$125/year (save $30 annually). That's it – no
hidden fees, no MLS dues, no NAR fees, no association fees, and no
desk fees. Your membership includes full access to our proprietary
CRM platform.
Absolutely not! There are no production minimums, quotas, or
required number of referrals. Whether you send one referral a year
or one hundred, your membership remains the same low price. We
believe in providing value without pressure.
No! As a referral-only agent, you are not required to join the
MLS, NAR, or any local/state associations. This alone can save you
thousands of dollars per year compared to traditional brokerages.
You only need to maintain your state real estate license.
Yes! If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime with no
penalties or fees. Annual members can also cancel, though refunds
are not provided for unused portions of the annual term. Any
pending referral commissions will still be paid out after
cancellation.
Referrals & Commissions
Referral fees typically range from 20-35% of the receiving agent's
commission, depending on the arrangement. The exact amount varies
based on the transaction and the receiving agent. Our CRM tracks
all your referrals and shows you the status and expected earnings
for each one.
Simply log into your CRM dashboard and fill out our referral
submission form with the client's information and their real
estate needs. We'll match them with a qualified agent in our
network and handle all the paperwork. You can track the status of
every referral in real-time through your dashboard.
You receive your referral fee after the transaction closes and the
receiving agent's commission is disbursed. Payment is typically
processed within 5-10 business days of closing. You'll receive
notifications throughout the process so you always know when to
expect payment.
Yes! While we have a network of trusted agents, you can also refer
to agents outside our network. Just submit the referral through
our CRM, and we'll handle the referral agreement paperwork with
the receiving agent to ensure you get paid.
Yes, Just Referred agents can refer commercial clients, as long as
they remain strictly in a referral-only role and do not perform
any licensed commercial brokerage activity.
Licensing & Compliance
Yes, you must have an active real estate license in at least one
U.S. state to join JustReferred. Your license will need to be
transferred to or held by our brokerage. We handle the paperwork
to make this process as smooth as possible.
Not at all! Your license stays active while with JustReferred. If
you decide to return to active selling, you can simply transfer
your license to another brokerage. Many agents use us as a
"parking place" for their license during career transitions or
breaks.
While agents are responsible for completing their own continuing
education requirements, we provide reminders and resources to help
you stay compliant. We also have partnerships with CE providers
that offer discounted courses to our members.
Absolutely! If you have an
active license in Nevada and move to another state, keeping your
Nevada license active with Just Referred allows you to refer
buyers and sellers to any REALTOR® nationwide and get paid a
referral through your Nevada license regardless of where you live.
For example: You have a friend in Colorado who is
thinking about selling. You submit the referral to our portal, and
we find an experienced REALTOR® to refer them to. When they close
on the sale, that brokerage pays Just Referred - Nevada the
agreed-upon referral fee (typically between 20% to 30% of the
gross commission), and you get paid 80% of that referral amount as
an active agent with Just Referred.
This makes Just Referred perfect for agents who have relocated but
want to maintain their Nevada license and continue earning through
their network no matter where they live.
Yes, absolutely. As a licensed agent with Just Referred, you can
advertise yourself as a Referral-Only Agent and promote your
ability to connect buyers and sellers with full-service agents in
exchange for referral fees. Your marketing should always make it
clear that you do not directly represent buyers or sellers in a
transaction, but instead specialize in connecting clients with
trusted agents through Just Referred.
No. Agents with Just Referred are licensed in Nevada as
referral-only agents and are not permitted to actively list or
sell any properties, including new construction. Even though new
home sales do not require MLS membership, acting as a buyer's
agent or representing a client in a sale would still be considered
licensed real estate activity outside the scope of a referral-only
license. However, you may refer clients to a full-service agent
who can represent them in a new home purchase and earn a referral
fee for that connection.
